I applied online for produce team lead for the new store that will open in 3 months. I got an email the next day to call and set up a phone interview. One week later I had my phone interview.She was very pleasant. I have not heard from them yet. I prepared for the interview as much as I could but the second question was about the minimum hourly pay that I would go down to. On the application it asked about pay and I put $18 so I stumbled on that question.

phone interview which was very extensive. It took almost a hour. 2 days later got a call for an in person interview which was mostly the same questions that were ask during the phone interview. This interview was with an HR person and 2 of the managers from the produce department. 2 days later I got a job offer from over the phone.
