I had applied online. The HR contacted me and scheduled my interview the next week. After i visited the company, i noticed that they are 0% considerate for the person whose comming for an interview.Just one F to F round. 1. The person who was suppose to take the interview wasn't even informed about it. 2.I had to wait around 25-30 mins 3. After waiting the person who took my interview himself didn't know anything about testing. 4. It felt as if i was taking his interview, no professionalism at all. 5.The other person then joined in who was also least bothered about the interview and at the end concluded by telling me to mail the test cases after testing their site in 10days. 6.No seriousness at all for the cadidates who are really in need of a job, I dont know why do they have to waste time , they could have told this thing over the phone itself instead of calling all the way to their office.
