      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Webstep Technologies (Calcutta) en déc. 2019

      Entretien

      A small company with few employees at the ground floor of a residential house. Interview was unfriendly and uncomfortable. And as for background check, they asked same question again and again as police interrogation. Location of the company is also very remote, and very less transportation available. I applied online, Hr asked me to come next day. By the attitude of the interview board and the remote location of the company, I decided not to work there. It was a west of time, and energy. ADVICE TO THE OWNER ;- keep an eye on the dominating employees as you will loose good employee from the interview itself. Its not TCS or CTS nor even a big secV IT company that everyone will die to work at. Make the process friendly comfortable, Leave the old school technique of shorting employee... However it was a waste of time, energy and money for nothing...

      Dear Candidate Thank you for your feedback about our Organization. However, few things we would like to highlight here : Location of the Office: This is the first time we are hearing that Sector 3, Salt Lake is a remote location and transportation was an issue with you. We will request the Transport Department to give more buses and autos in this route so that candidates like you can easily avail transport after getting rejected from the Interview. Friendly Hiring Process: We understand that we are not TCS/CTS or big IT company from Sector 5 and you see, every company starts small and then becomes bigger. The hiring process we have is very simple as our understanding, which includes an Intial Phone Screening Round followed by Face to Face Interview, a Machine Round and if selected should go for an HR round. We believe you were looking for an Offer letter, while entering our premise...If so, we are sorry we dont have this Process in place yet. Advice to the Candidate 1) Be ready to Show your skills in an interview for getting selected as your so called Master Blaster resume doesnt help you to get Hired. 2) Be Bold enough to accept rejection and thats how you can grow. 3) Demeaning and Insulting the Company doesnt help anyway and it shows your Values, which seems to have not been instilled by your Family or School. 4) If you are TCS/CTS candidate then accept Interview from those company only and dont waste time, enegry and money of smaller companies, inviting you for an interview.
