I applied to the company and they got back to me. I had a initial phone interview with them. The initial phone interview was to see if I had the required skills or not. I was also asked many behavioral questions. I was then invited for an on site interview. Onsite interview. My interview was taken by the director and the one of the senior web developer. The one with director was more like casual. Though his questions were intended to know more about what I had done in the different projects. The one with senior web developer started with my resume. Then he started grilling me with the stuff he had asked me to prepare on. This one lasted for an hour. That was it. I did not get the offer. They did not get back to me, till I emailed them twice.
