I had a very poor experience with them and it turned out to be a complete waste of time. Despite spending months interviewing for multiple roles, preparing presentations, and completing assignments and challenges, I never received any feedback or final interview results. The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing, and candidates were effectively ghosted after investing significant time and effort.

I was directly contacted by a recruiter for this specific role and told that my passions were directly aligned for the position. I had a take home to do a design and code review. Then in was 5 more interviews consisting of a manager screen, a review of my design, an ad hoc design, team member interview (another system design), and coding interview. Recruiter and most interviewers were great. Team interviewer stated he was moving onto a new team. I felt that he wanted more of a copy of himself for this position, when I had my own convictions of how something could be done. I was told that direct feedback would be available and provided by the recruiter. It has been over a month and she has yet to send it over. A shame when I gave them over 10 hours of my time and honest feedback.
