The interview was 30 minutes long with a wide array of questions and many containing multiple parts. Some I can remember - what would you do if you didn't meet a deadline? Why are you interested in the field and the company? Tell me about a time where you were working on something and had to pivot. They're big on DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) asking things like how you have seen diversity impact your work, what does it mean to you, etc. It was a panel style interview over Microsoft teams. Two people took turns asking me questions. I honestly thought the interview went well. I thanked them both for their time afterwards and they both responded to my email within 10 min of sending. Then... I never heard from them again. Followed up and no response. They ghosted me. Giving the thumbs down b/c it really would at least be nice to get a no rather than nothing at all.
