Two rounds of interviews and test on last interview. Interviews were conducted by director of department and final test assessed basic PR responsibilities like drafting a media pitch and a news release

The interview process was internal and relatively fast. Though no positions were lined up during my promotion, they have many open positions at a given time. Normally in August or a few weeks after New Years is when everything kicks up. Interview was normal with standard questions, emphasis on creative problem solving and client management.

Entretien
Lovely to have someone from the HR team check in throughout every stage of the interview process. I had an initial call with someone from HR, one virtual interview and an in person interview. The task was nice and easy too.
