      THEY HAVE NOT YET PAID FOR MY WORK. BE AWARE THEY WILL ASK YOU TO DO AN ENTIRE SEO AUDIT. The hiring process at this organization was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. After initially promising interviews, communication completely ceased. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received no response from anyone involved in the hiring process, leaving me in limbo for an extended period. This lack of basic courtesy and communication reflects poorly on the company's culture and values. To make matters worse, the excuse given for the lack of response was that emails were allegedly sent to spam. This is an unacceptable explanation and demonstrates a lack of accountability and professionalism. It's the company's responsibility to ensure timely and effective communication with candidates. Furthermore, the agency involved in the hiring process was equally unhelpful and unresponsive. Their lack of communication and follow-through reflects poorly on their ability to effectively represent their clients. Overall, my experience with this company's hiring process was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering applying for a position at this organization to be prepared for a frustrating and potentially fruitless experience.

      We apologize for the frustration you experienced during the hiring process. All payments have been sent to candidates who completed an assignment during our hiring process and we have followed up with you directly. Our recruiter was on medical leave at the time of your message, and the autoresponder should have provided information for the best point of contact in our People Operations department during their absence. Your emails to the Hiring Manager went to their spam folder, causing delays. We are taking steps to improve our communication process to prevent this in the future.
