I applied through a recruiter. The interview process was short and consisted of 2 stages. The screening stage was very personal, the questions centred around my previous experiences and the future direction of my career. The second interview was more complex, where not only I had to talk about my skillset and answer behavioural questions, but also complete a series of tasks. The tasks weren't that difficult, but required precision and organisation. The recruiter called me back within 2 days to confirm I have gotten the position.
