Interview process is different than a lot of companies, but I think in a good way! It really felt like they were trying to get to know me as an individual, which I appreciated. The questions were mostly more about soft skills and work style/habits, rather than about my experience (which I appreciated, given that it's entry level!). Interviewers were super kind and friendly and really put me at ease. Process was a little long for sure, but I appreciate that they never left me hanging, and always let me know when to expect to hear back from them.

Relatively long and complex interview process involving a phone interview, written interview, video interview and skill assessment. Did not ask typical interview questions, which made it difficult to feel like I had prepared adequately.
