Very very long. Way too many unnecessary rounds. Made it to the final round with one other person and did not get the job. The whole thing felt very disingenuous.

Interview process was great, upfront about salary and interview stages. They did a great job communicating next steps. Quick to respond with any questions I had. They sent helpful interview articles along the way, it was obvious they are focused on helping those going through the interview

There were written questions to review culture fit, about 10. They were focused on goals, story telling, and logical thinking. After making it through the written screening I met with the HR member and then with different HR members that were my main point of contact. Interview questions were largely about skills and culture fit
