It was a long interview process but they really care about who you are as a person and getting to know you. The question are more so about the workplace environment and how you handle different situations.

While the people that interviewed me were very helpful and polite, the interview process was just exhausting and drawn out. The company seems less concerned with your experience and skills and much more focused on your personality and if you would "fit in." During all four(!) of my interviews, I felt like I was being asked the same questions over and over again that were trying to psychoanalyze me rather than asking me about my skills or experiences. If you're open about being a more reserved person rather than the most outgoing and loudest person in the room, they won't have any interest in you. While the interviews are simple, there is no reason to go through so many rounds when they get a sense of your personality very early on. The process from start to finish lasted about a month.

I applied online and then got notified for an initial interview with Emily. Then I did another interview with a hiring manager. Then a final interview with a director and 2 other people, including the hiring manager. Everything was done over Zoom as this was in 2020 during the pandemic but I think they usually do most of them in person. They mostly asked the typical interview questions. I had to score out and rank my strengths and weaknesses in a few categories...that was something different I haven't done in other interviews.

Entretien
4-step interview process. There is an initial, casual phone call. A written questionnaire. A one-on-one interview. Then a three-on-one interview. The process is long, but they focus on hiring someone who is a good fit for their culture! Everyone is very kind.
