Entretien
First call with the head of People & Culture, which was very pleasant. It was followed with a "get to know" call with my future manager that went incredibly well. I then proceeded with a take-home assignment, followed by a technical review with my future manager and some team members. Finally, a culture fit call was set up to discuss my fit in the company. The overall process was smooth, pleasant and very humane.

Entretien
I had a challenging experience using their poorly documented software to complete the take-home assignment, and there were communication issues from the beginning.
I received the take-home assignment promptly, along with an email stating that they were excited to move forward. I responded by inquiring about the submission deadline, but I did not receive a reply.
One week later, while I was preparing to submit my project, I received a generic email stating, "We’ve decided not to move forward with your candidacy. We didn’t find a strong match between your profile and the specific requirements for this role.”
Despite the rejection, I chose to submit the project anyway and replied to the original email regarding the take-home assignment. After a few days, I was informed that I would be moving on to the review stage.
About a month later, a brief meeting was scheduled. It was not technical, and the interviewer struggled to clearly describe the expectations for the role.
A week later, I received a rejection email that was essentially the same as the earlier one, with just a few words changed.
I recommend steering clear of this company, as they do not respect your time.
