First step was a phone interview. They asked typical behavioural questions. Then told me about the position. This was the first step in the interview process. Second step would be a full day experience at their office downtown which would include group exercise and three interviews. Only the top 20 would be called back for the second step. There were a total of 7 positions to be filled. All would require relocating.
