It was long but not difficult. They were very thorough during the process to ensure my success and were very open and honest about the difficulty of the position. I met with several people over the course of a week, sometimes with 1 individual and other times with a couple of people.

How I would handle so much rejection from doctors?

Big batch interview, 6 people showed up to be interviewed. Showed us the office setting and then split us up into different areas.
4 rounds of interview, first 2 were with leaders and last one was with an experienced employee.
The whole process lasted 4+ hours, they were very much feeling out if you have done this volume of cold calling before. 80-100 calls a day, it was emphasized to me that this was more than a 8-5, and to expect 55+ hours a week in my first two years with nights and weekends required in order to speak to the doctors.
It sounds strange but there were literally stacks of money just laying on the floor outside of the interview room. No idea what that was about. The office vibe was very mega-corp sales floor.
I didn't get an offer, but they responded quickly. The feedback was that they had a large pipeline of qualified applicants with years of experience basically already doing the job. That was a bit confusing considering that they had my resume clearly detailing my experience.
All in all, I spent around 10 hours on pre-interview assessments and the actual interview.
I got some red flags like the role being hybrid but being told that you had to be in person to be successful. One of the interviewers seemed extremely fake. I asked her to clarify a question and she got flustered and it seemed like the tide turned in that second.
I'm annoyed that I spent so long preparing to not get an offer, but I wouldn't have been a good fit in such an environment regardless. They said that they want someone who wants to make cold calls for the next 10 years.

Cattle call.6of us showed up and toured two flors ad shadowed cubicle. 80 calls a day minimum. Very heavy on calling and rejections. Retention rate very low first two years.
Absolutely respect their process as they are a top tier firm in the space and they make sure the people they hire are as invested as they are. They make sure the team that you will work for is the right fit and they want to make sure you have the grit and tough skin to flourish
