1 phone interview, 1 face to face interview, a timed assignment and two skype interviews. The whole process was far too slow and disorganised. I even ended up having the same interview twice, which they admitted wasn't meant to happen. They finally emailed to let me know I had been unsuccessful on a Saturday too which I felt was unprofessional.

I was asked during one interview if I could complete and submit a 90 minute timed assessment that same day. Wanting to make a good impression, I cancelled plans to make myself available for them, but felt that it was unfair to have such expectations, especially as they did not meet me with the same fast turnaround. I was left waiting weeks between interviews!

Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
