Long process. 6 interviews + video talking about yourself asking questions. They look for a specific profile. People are friendly but they already have questions depending on the role so they can be very incisive in specific questions regarding random situations. Finally, it ends up in chemistry between you and the interviewer.

The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
