The process was with various people at WeWork. From phone call screen to phone meeting to in person interview. The entire process took about two months. Questions were typical interview questions.

After 5 interviews with the HR, Architect and project leads, they declined my application because I wasn't German. so it means they never checked my CV or they didn't put attention on that. for me that was a lack of respect for wasting people's time
