J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (Mumbai) en mai 2019
Entretien
I had applied through an HR referral who I had reached out to on LinkedIn. Got a call for an HR screen after 4-5 days. Very informal process - we set up a time over text. No Google Calendar or email invites.
The call itself was straightforward. The interviewer was new himself but tried his best to explain the role to me and assess my fit. He did mention there would be a delay in response - 2+ weeks as the HR lead was traveling but the process took atleast 3+ weeks and I had to keep following up which wasn't a good experience at all since I already had another offer in hand and needed them to give me a final update since I was keen.
Ultimately got a text message saying they had decided to not go ahead with my candidature.
