Absolutely HORRIBLE! 2 months long, 15 interviews, 2 trips, and no organization or communication amongst the interviewing team. Nobody looked at my resume and there were no notes passed on to other interviewers. Nobody knew how to explain the Org Structure, the mission, or the goals for the coming year/s. When I asked about the values, or even tried to loop them into my answers, I got blank stares as if the interviewers themselves didn't know what values were written on the company page. I think the company has grown at such a fast pace and they cannot keep up with industry trends. They also have very junior people in very senior level roles. I was told they are fast paced and like to move quickly- yet I waited on everything. The only reason I didn't drop from the process after the 9th interview (3 separate days), is because I wanted to, at that point, determine how long they would string me along and use it to write a review so others would know what to expect. I think the company itself is doing some really great things. I think their recruiting/People teams could use some SOP's, processes, metrics, and overall training.

It's a major red flag when a company asks for a comprehensive assignment—including wireframes and detailed documentation—without any compensation, especially if it directly addresses their current business challenges. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of proceeding with such an assignment. That was just the first round. Once I submitted the work, the job listing mysteriously disappeared from their website, and the recruiter became unresponsive, only replying to my emails while ignoring calls. They arranged a superficial interview where no meaningful questions were asked, and eventually rejected me with a vague reason, which they shared over 10 days later. The entire process dragged on for over a month, and I deeply regret putting in the effort. Be cautious if you ever encounter similar situations.

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The nitty-gritty of it was quite typical, but I really got the feeling that they wanted to get to know me as an individual. They were interested in not only finding a qualified candidate, but one that fit the team well.
