First you get a call from a recruiter who gauges your general level if you succeed you are called for an interview with lower management and an employee. Post which you have an interview with the Design Director.

The first interview was called the screening process, a 30 min long video chat with HR coordinator to explain about the projects and background. Make sure to test the video and sound prior the interview. The overall process is a bit slow. The interview invitation came 1 month after CV was sent and the second interview invitation came 1 month after the first interview and after I decided to go with another role.
