I applied on WeWork's website, and was contacted by HR recruiter in a week. The phone screen was conversational but I felt like the recruiter lacked experience in the field I was interviewing for. At the end of the call, she said that I would be contacted within 3 days on their decision. Nothing happened, not even a system generated message. I followed up with the recruiter a week later. It is as if she disappeared into the thin air. No response.

Process started out with a recruiter phone screen. The recruiter was late to our initial meeting and had to reschedule. I was moved on to the next round where my interview with the hiring manager was rescheduled twice. The hiring manager was disorganized and uninterested in the conversation. It felt rushed and as if they already found their candidate, like they were checking the box by meeting me. I was ghosted and never heard back from the recruiter after following up. Dont even bother with this company, it’s a waste of time.
