Initial interview was a google hangout where I spoke with the talent acquisition manager. She then invited me to attend an assessment day. The day started with some team building and 'getting to know you' questions and then went on to 'speed dating' style questions where you were asked 2 questions in 4 minutes. Interviewers weren't really prepared for efficient answers and sometimes led to dead space. After another team activity, people were split off into groups to walk around and talk to some of the customers, all of which were unsuccessful applicants therefore it was a waste of time. Overall the vibes were a bit cliquey with all of the 'interviewers' and not one person went through my resume or asked about transferable skills, it was mainly a case of how much research did you do about the company.
