J'ai passé un entretien chez WeWork (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
The three people I did face to face interviews with were overall great. Two of them were very approachable yet professional, the third person it was a more one sided conversation on their end but overall the face to face interviews were productive. The back end is why I am giving the overall process a "C+". I followed up to see if I was moving forward and the HR person forgot to call and tell me it was scheduled so I'm glad I followed up or it would have looked like I didn't show up despite not being notified. I also had people from HR call me only to figure out they called the wrong candidate. Their follow up and email responsiveness was poor at best overall. I found the final email to be unprofessional especially after 5 interviews. Nice people in person but the operational/HR back end was disorganized and unprofessional.

Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
