1st get to know eachother round- I had inteview with sweet lady and we had good conversation. I thought I am definetly going to crack this round and was already started preparing for the next one but unfortunately I could not clear that roound. Because on paper my experience is not which is required. But I wish they would have given me the chance to show my technical skills for for the next round or atleast what went wrong in the interview and a proper feedback in the rejecting email.
