First step of interview was by telephone with HR dept. before advancing to the next stage. I can't tell anything more because I didn't advance to the next stage because of the apparent commute distance which was essential because of the job.
I had a very positive experience with the interview process. From start to finish, the process was well-structured, transparent, and respectful of my time.
Ken was clear and informative, outlining the role expectations and interview stages in detail. Communication throughout the process was prompt and professional, with timely updates after each stage.
