Very straightforward but also very strict. Two mantoux tests are required if hired. The overall interview is very personable and not intimidating by any means. Your future HR personnel are pleasant at the interview and the bonus is, they don't act like they don't know you once you start the position like many Trainers and administration does to make employees feel awkward as heck.
