I applied online, which was followed by various interviews with product and engineering managers. I cannot give too much detail about the process because of the NDA.
However, the process was horrible. They have serious problems with their recruiting teams. Almost all of my meetings were constantly cancelled or shifted all the time. Moreover, it was impossible to get a clear response from the recruiters, even about the timeline of the whole process.
Despite being a great company, I would not recommend this to anyone given how painful and annoying the hiring process has been.

HM screening followed by interview loop. 45 min per interview with EM, Design and Data science partners. The interviewers were all very nice and informative and the process itself was very smooth. The questions were very apt and pertinent to the role.
Hiring Manager round went well so I was asked to do 4 panel rounds each 45 minutes over 2 days. In total I spent 5+ hrs with the team only to be GHOSTED. No rejection email either. Radio silence (its been 3+ weeks now) even after following up with recruiter and Hiring Manager. Very unprofessional Hiring practice. For context, I am a PM with 5+ years of relevant PM experience and the least I expect is an automated rejection email. Disappointing!
Recruiter reached out with info on the role and to get to know me better. Next was a screening call with the hiring manager. Final stage was 4 1 hour interviews
