Reference Checks: As stated in the reply to your other review, as a consulting firm specializing in private equity with a focus on clients managing over $1 billion in assets, our interview process is designed to identify and hire top talent. This industry does not lend itself to the concept of "gaining high-level sales leads" through the 5-minute reference check calls that our HR team performs and it does not align with our strategic approach or industry standards.
Verbal Offers: As stated in the reply to your other review, we maintain a policy of issuing formal written offers to all successful candidates. Verbal offers are not part of our standard procedure to ensure clarity and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
Interview Process: Our process includes a screening call, a technical case study, interviews with a team member and the partners followed by a reference and background check. This structured approach ensures we comprehensively assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
We strive to maintain clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process. We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred, and we do provide personalized feedback as part of the hiring process. Unfortunately, as you interviewed over the holiday season, there was a slowdown in hiring before we resumed recruiting in January 2024. After receiving the review, we elected to not contact the candidate later after we resumed hiring additional team members.
