Had initial interview with recruiter, followed by hiring manager interview and then an SQL coding test, then another interview with hiring manager and a technical interview with another team member

How did you manage conflicts in your previous role
The interview process took over 2 months but was offered the position after multiple rounds of interviews. There was a case study but I’ve heard they’re moving away from these
Interview with hiring manager and then panel interview. HR will then reach out with details of the offer. The entire process is slow and can take multiple months to complete hiring.
Meet with way too many people, all who asked me the same questions. I didn't get to ask questions, the cases they have are way too long and cumbersome to be done well in a 45 mins interview.
