Several Interview stages (5 with and 1 without direct contact) which were spread not to far appart, but still seemed a bit too much. All in all I was able to get a good understanding, but after the 3 interview it just seemed like they were adding new people to have the same talk. I received several offers from other companies in this time and what they offered was average (with the additional "You will work for Wayfair" as USP)
