I got through two rounds. A gatekeeper recruiter that asked basic questions and my interests and based on my replies decided for me which group I should interview with. That was a bit strange because I felt like I didn't get to pick which group/position I would interview. They were repeating how they are very fluid and skills is what matters, not where you go. And then second round was with a very senior manager that asked me for basic stuff like my experience, problems I worked on, and then spent a good deal amount of time showcasing the projects he worked on in the past.
