Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wayfair (Redwood City, CA)
Entretien
I went through 9 rounds of interviews that took about 6 weeks. Towards the end I was interviewed by a site leader and community leader. During the interview process I was given great feedback across the board from my contact Jaclyn at each stage. During the final round which I was told would be informal conversations was very easy with no questions pertaining to my experience but more about plans that I had to increase morale because the site leader said it was important to her. She mentioned that she was excited to work with me and that was the end. 1 week later I received a generic email from Jaclyn stating that they wouldn’t be moving forward with me.
I later found out that they hired someone and recanted the offer do to lay-offs.
My perspective is that any company that needs a committee and 9 interviews to hire someone is either incompetent or just plain ineffective.
