Big problems scheduling interviews. Process dragged on for months, once I started actively looking I had two offers within 2 weeks.
No response, when I let them know I would be dropping out of the process, and also no response to the feedback I gave about the delays in scheduling.
Two emails would have gone a long way to improve my experience. One letting me know that there was a delay one I had submitted my availability and that I would probably have to resubmit at a later point in time. And one thanking me for letting them know that I was dropping out of the process and apologizing for the delays in scheduling/non proactive communication.
