J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wayfair (Boston, MA) en juil. 2021
Entretien
The process was long but very well organized. First a recruiter call to assess fit, then a conversation with the hiring manager which included a case question, followed by a long day of multiple interviews (I had 5, an hour each) - behavioral, management, live case, presentation, cultural. The presentation was based on an assessment I had to do beforehand. I also had an additional "interview" after that, even though I knew I was getting the offer, but that was more for my benefit than anything else. Although the process was long, I enjoyed all the conversations and felt that everyone I talked to was incredibly professional, smart, and interesting. The recruiters were very responsive and helpful throughout.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Case question (some prep available online on Wayfair's website), questions about managerial style, examples of difficult situations at work, about background and skills, presentation of a data exercise.
The interview process took over 2 months but was offered the position after multiple rounds of interviews. There was a case study but I’ve heard they’re moving away from these
Interview with hiring manager and then panel interview. HR will then reach out with details of the offer. The entire process is slow and can take multiple months to complete hiring.
Meet with way too many people, all who asked me the same questions. I didn't get to ask questions, the cases they have are way too long and cumbersome to be done well in a 45 mins interview.
