Cold, aggressive, arrogant. This is how I would characterize the hiring manager (supervisor for this role) and his interview style. It was clear to me after only a few minutes that my interviewer was absolutely not someone with whom I would want to work. I suppose that I'm used to being treated with a higher level of professional respect. Previously, I interviewed at Wayfair for another position and also had a negative experience. My impression is that the hiring managers are not very thoughtful about how best to screen candidates. They just don't seem to know what they are doing. Whether their attitudes reflect a lack of training, youth, or company culture, this is not a company at which I would seek employment in the future. On a positive note, the HR recruiters were professional and competent.
