1. Phone screen with recruiter (30 mins): covers your background, interest in Wayfair/profitability team, quantitative analysis project
2. Phone screen with a pricing team manager (1 hour): deep dive on quantitative analysis project. Be prepared to answer a lot of follow-up questions (e.g., what would you do differently, what challenges encountered, etc.)
3. On-site: final interview consists of...
-Data analysis case: given 1 hour to analyze data on category performance based on a strategy change and make a recommendation for future
-2 behaviorals
-"On your feet" case: create a metric to track competitiveness, lots of follow-ups

Went through a phone screen and a Skype interview with a pricing head. Was invited to a full day of interviews in Boston with 6 different people. A little exhausting but not too hard. Interviews included 3 personality interviews, one excel case study, and a lunch with a current pricing analyst.
