I was contacted by campus recruiting for the general business associate role after applying to several other positions online. I was asked to do an interview over google hangout with a hiring manager to place me in one of the four potential teams. Following this, I was asked to come in for a 4 hour interview with 3 separate managers and a Q&A panel at the Boston HQ. Each of the interviewers was very positive and I felt confident about the role upon leaving. When I asked the recruiter for the interviewers' contact info, she never replied. HR said it would take 1-2 weeks to hear back, so I reached out after a week and a half - the recruiter got back to me saying she would reach out to the managers, but there was a clear disconnect between HR and the actual team hiring. It has now been over 3 weeks with no response. The lack of communication is a huge disappointment, and shows how this company is operating.

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable.
Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.

1 phone interview with someone fromt the HR
3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
