J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wayfair (Boston, MA) en janv. 2018
Entretien
I have been interviewed at WayFair for two different roles and had 6 interviews with 6 different people in this company. The process is fairly typical: You apply online. If you are lucky, you get an interview with a recruiter or a manager first. It's either on the phone or via Google Hangout. The first two interviews are on the phone, the third is in person.
I found the recruiters to be fairly unprofessional disorganized. They need to do a better job of completely understanding the roles they are interviewing people for, being professional, and not "buttering up" their candidates. They tend to overinflated the person they are interviewing.
My advice to candidates: If you are interviewing with a recruiter, take everything they say to you with a grain of salt. The process (at least on the recruiter front) seems completely disorganized and dysfunctional. It felt like there was a total disconnect between the recruiter and the hiring managers.
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process

It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.
