Applied via website and received an email about an interview. I responded and set up a Google Hangout interview with a current employee. The process was thorough and the recruiting team was responsive and very helpful.

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable.
Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.

1 phone interview with someone fromt the HR
3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
