A friendly phone screen with basic personality questions lead to a one on one interview at the office the next week. Discussed the position and their new department. Two months letter they called back and scheduled a follow up interview. It was another one on one interview. Was a positive experience other than they were unsure of their timeline of opening the new division, so process was strung out.
