Entretien
Short, expected, immediate, onsite. the same questions any other employer with this position would ask. they didn't ask about customer interaction, what i would do if there was trouble in the store with violence which i really expected to have since i've heard of such events in many city based stores including 7 eleven wawa royal farms etc. gas was one of the products and they didn't ask if i had any experience with such sales which i thought they would. i didn't like the setting, the lack of expected questions, maybe i was too picky. decided to look elsewhere and ended the interview.
I had an over the phone screen that last for about 30 minutes with their HR recruiter. The recruiter asked me a few questions and allowed me to ask a few questions as well.
I answered ad on indeed, was called the next day to set up interview for few days later. Met with the store manager and assistant GM. It was a nice quick turn around!

The interview started on time the manager didn’t ask many questions and went into detail about the position, the number of schedules they have, asked if i was willing to work any schedule
