Tour and questions to see your skills and strengths. Was nice and let’s you know right away, never forget you can negotiate. Know your worth. It’s a blessing that you can even be of service to others and that is of value .

random email for open interviews only to get the same random open interview email a week later. Turns out that was for the second round? I felt like the second email should have explained something along those lines not just an offer to come in for an open interview. What kind of hiring process involves an open 2nd round interview.
