I contacted a person on LinkedIn who transferred my resume to the company. Two days later I recieved a phone call, it was a phone interview that lasted more or less for 30 minutes. The person confirmed that she would send me an invite with the details for a face to face interview. That same person disappeared, never answered, never called back.
