      it was a long process with different stages that helped filter candidates at each stage and was very transparent. first an initial interview with recruiter, then next on a meet with managing directors, followed by a take home project to be completed within 24 hours, after that there was a meet with support group leads for the debrief of the project, then came the culture fit interview and lastly was the offer.

      The interview process at Wave was smooth and well-organized. It began with an initial screening call with the recruiter, where I was asked about my professional experience and motivation for applying. Following that, I had a more in-depth interview with the hiring managers, where we discussed my skills and how they aligned with the requirements of the role. As part of the process, I was given a practical case study related to customer support and leadership, which allowed me to demonstrate my problem-solving abilities. Afterward, I debriefed the case study with the team leads, giving us an opportunity to dive deeper into my approach to team management and operational efficiency. The next step involved a meeting with the People Operations Lead to assess cultural fit and ensure my values and work style were in alignment with the company. The process concluded with reference checks before receiving an offer.

      The interview process was free and fair. It was done in a professional manner and I did not feel intimidated by anyone during the process. There was a timely communication where necessary and follow up calls where made to keep me in line.
