Had first screen call, two weeks later they invited me for interview with 2 hiring managers! They gave me feedback and here is one part of it : We also noticed some of the behavioural questions took a bit of time to work through. In this role, we need someone who can quickly translate their experience into clear narratives for stakeholders and the team! Make sure you are a good storyteller and make sure you have a bunch of stories to share before the interview!

I went through the entire interview process at Wattpad, reaching the final stage. Throughout the process, I found everyone to be friendly and I felt confident about my performance in each interview stage. However, after the final stage, I was unexpectedly ghosted despite my follow-up attempt, leaving me uncertain about what happened. The interview questions were standard, and nothing particularly stood out as out of the ordinary.
