The interview was generally informal. This started off with interviewee asking about myself and my educational background, general interest, engineering topics i'm interested in the most. Also given structural engineering questions towards the end of the interview that I had to complete.

Interview process was formal, it was conducted in the their offices, mostly asked about interest relating to engineering and specifically structural engineering. I first had a brief call with a senior member in their offices.
