Apply online... or when their is add for opening... sometimes the go to college.... Selection process is simple mostly direct interview b the GM.... they prefer indians and Filipino people.. Questions are simple and straight... basic knowledge of chemistry and process calculation will be enough.... work is more hard work than smart work... if u love to do sales work company is good for u... wish u luck if u r intrested in the company... 1 good thing abt company is that their r few good people who will help u in between... but lot of political effect between the departments
