I'm fresh out of college and looking for help desk or tech support roles. I applied at Watchguard and the HR/Recruiting Coordinator reached out asking me for some best time to interview. Sent him my best availabilities and received a response instantly. Phone screened with a tech support lead for the department. It was great! Went from the basic get to know you questions to actual technical, but quite basic questions. It went well and the following day I received an update from the recruiting guy for on-site interview. I was scheduled the following week, and met with the team. Really great people and honest. Unfortunately, I didn't get selected a couple of weeks later, and the HR guy let me know that the team would like me reapply again once I have a CCNA and more experience. Will definitely come back and re-apply! Hopefully all the same great people still works there!
