Applied online. I was contacted by General Manager through email, we schedule an in-person interview at the Studio City location. I was interviewed by two location managers. Moved on to a second interview, GM also set up via email, this time it was with himself and the Ops. Manager. After the second interview, I was told I would hear back from them with a decision. Three weeks later, still no word. I emailed GM regarding where I stood in the hiring process, he wrote the position was filled. The whole ordeal was unprofessional and a complete waste of time. The worst part, I was asked an illegal question. Smh.
